Questions Collier County homeowners ask
Do you buy Collier County houses with hurricane or flood damage?
Yes. We look at homes with surge, flood, wind or roof damage, including ones where repairs stalled or the insurance claim is still open. Tell us what has been done and what is pending, and we price the rest into one as-is offer.
My house is below the flood elevation and may need to be raised or rebuilt. Will you still buy it?
Yes. Elevation requirements and the cost of meeting them are part of how we price older homes in flood zones. We explain how they affect our number.
I inherited a seasonal home in Collier County. What happens next?
Florida estates are generally probated in the circuit court of the county where the person lived. A Florida probate attorney can explain who may sign the deed and how long it may take.
How do you price a Collier County house?
From closed sales of similar homes in your neighborhood, minus repairs, our holding and resale costs (including insurance) and our margin, each written out. Zillow's Sep 2026 typical value for the county, $552,087, is a reference only.
